I realize that many people don't have transportation and for various reasons cannot gain easy access to their prefered subject matter. I'll try to help with that by publishing photos on this site. I don't have interest in everything nor access to everywhere but suggestions are appreciated. I do love to explore new possibilities.

I go treasure hunting fairly often myself, and I take a lot of photos. I'll post a few pictures occaionally to help get you started. I'll set up a few slide shows in stages of complexity so that you can familiarise with some simple elements first and accumulte a little knowledge and experience.

This first set of photos are of very simple details like how twigs grow out of each other and how leaves join the twigs and how leaves can look from many angles and some silhouetttes. Building this kind of visual knowledge and insight and playing with multiple ways of simply hinting at things to allow the viewer to fill in the blanks to suit them selves is a key strategy in quicksketch.

I am sure there are others who would also post requested photos on this site or point the way to open source photos that they know about.
